By accessing and using Bright Spark Learning Online (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Bright Spark Learning Online for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. Classes and Learning Services
Class Booking
When you book a class, you enter into a binding agreement for that lesson. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are available on our Platform.
Class Attendance
Students are expected to join classes at the scheduled time. Repeated no-shows without valid reason may result in account suspension.
Recording Policy
Classes may be recorded for educational purposes. By joining a class, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are available only to the student for review purposes.
Teacher Qualifications
Our teachers are certified professionals. However, no specific results or improvements in English proficiency are guaranteed.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment Terms
All payments must be completed before classes commence. We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Platform.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment. Refunds for completed classes are not available. Unused credits may be refunded subject to our refund policy.
Billing
You authorize us to charge your payment method for services rendered. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees incurred.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bright Spark Learning Online or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for any content you upload, submit, or display on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.
License to Us
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for educational purposes.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit content that is:
- Offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Violates applicable laws
8. Conduct and Behavior
Users must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The following behaviors are prohibited:

- Disruption of classes or learning environment
- Unauthorized recording or distribution of class content
- Violation of others' privacy
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Spark Learning Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform or the services provided.
We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will meet your requirements
- The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any defects will be corrected
- The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bright Spark Learning Online and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of modified terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
